After earning my Ph.D. at New York University, I trained at New York’s Jungian Psychoanalytic Association. I am a licensed psychoanalyst in New York State, and registered as a psychoanalyst with the National Association for the Advancement of Psychoanalysis (NAAP). I am an analyst member, supervisor, and Director of Training at the Jungian Psychoanalytic Association (JPA) in New York and a member of the International Association for Analytical Psychology (IAAP).
Prior to my career as an analyst, I have had a career spanning over two decades as a university-level professor. My scholarship, teaching and practice-based work explores the roles that context, continuity and texture play within the designed environment, as well as extended writing and lecturing on the spatial imagination. My work has been published in the peer-reviewed, Journal of Design Principles and Practices, and Crossing Design Boundaries.
